Ayoub will be on hand during the day (to welcome guests, swimming pool, garden and feed the dogs) and at certain times Jean-Luc, the owner, will be on hand to offer advice and assistance.

In summer, up to three additional extra beds for children and teenagers.

Payments are made to an account at the Banque cantonale neuchâteloise, Neuchâtel, the details of which we communicate at the time of payment.

The reservation is acquired upon receipt of payment of a deposit representing 50% of the total price. The balance is paid 30 days before the start of the rental. No refund before entry into the rental.

Electricity consumed (incentive to save energy): 35 € per week in the event of reasonable behaviour. Final cleaning: 65 €

Deposit of 200 € per stay, when signing the contract, refunded no later than one month after the end of the stay, less any damage caused.

Included in the price: water, satellite TV, Internet from Inwi.
