Bistro of the Marina of Agadir: brasseriefreshness

Located on the northern bay of the Marina of Agadir, the Bistrot de la Marina succeeded Franck Milôme's excellent Legend. The boss is Moroccan and very open to the European mentality. This is noticeable both during the welcome, which is always warm, and on the plate, which is light and tasty. The Bistrot de la Marina is reachablein one hour from the Jardin aux Etoiles. Park in the northern part of the Marina.

This table was created by a pure sugar Gadiri,Najib Boutti. Ihe decoration of the interior and the terrace have benefited from a facelift.

 

A daily

 

The menu is presented in a short way, which ensures a great freshness, which seemed to us to be the mark of the establishment. The seven starters offered are classic and cover a fairly wide spectrum of tastes.The dishes presented skilfully navigate between seafood and meat, red and white. For specialties, you have to order!

 

Frank Milôme had accustomed us to a menu of the day. The formula is happily preserved.

 

Higher bill

 

As for prices, the bill is higher than under the previous management.It is true that the Lyonnais Frank Milôme managed to offer unrivaled value for money, and perhaps beyond any commercial logic.

 

The weakness of the Bistrot menu may lie in the desserts, which are too little varied. A gourmet coffee and an orange with cinnamon would be welcome, for example. The milk pastilla that appeared in the meantime is appreciable.

 

Moroccan wines, mainly, which is totally enough to satisfy the clientele, especially since they are also served by the glass. The menu of the day is offered at 120 dirhams  (€12). Therefore, the "painful" goes well.

Music

 

Sometimes in the evening, soft musical atmosphere. Merry musical evenings with meals are also regularly organized. Example: Arabic music and meal for 200 dirhams (€20). On the menu: assortment of Moroccan salads, lamb shank with saffron on a bed of semolina and milk pastilla.

Two hearts out of three for the Bistrot de la Marina, due to its atmosphere, its location facing the Marina lake and thefreshness of his dishes.
