Dar Zitoune in Taroudant: perfect!

Located at the entrance to Taroudant on the Oued Souss side, soeasily accessible by the express road or by the national road from the Jardin aux Etoiles (although allow some 40 minutes),Dar Zitoune is one of the best restaurants in southern Morocco. We can say that this table, a subtle marriage of lightness between French tradition and Moroccan influence, is at the top.

At Dar Zitoune, you have the choice either between the dining room or the lounges, or outside. This last formula is the most pleasant, as the garden is so magnificent. Particularly recommended in the evening, in the magic of 1001 nights...

Dar Zitoune was created from scratch by Marc Caburet and his wife Chantal, who unfortunately passed away in 2018. These Franco-Swiss catering professionals have given Dar Zitoune a real style: high-end, with a soul.

The architecture is inspired by the best of Moroccan Berber and Arab tradition. It represents a summary of some of the finest Moroccan establishments of its kind.

Dar Zitoune is also a four star hotel. Quality stone bungalows. Caidal tents have been added around a basin.
